We are a local company that has been buying, rehabbing, and selling houses. Personally, I have been doing this for 5 years. For the last several years, I have worked very closely with my mentor buying houses who has over 30 years experience buying and selling houses in the Houston real estate market.
During this time, I have gained experience and knowledge about buying, rehabbing, selling houses, working with contractors, working with title companies, and more. Although most of my experiences have been pleasant, I have learned some valuable lessons.
