This is a house we closed on. The sellers inherited this property from their mom who recently passed away.

Before contacting me, they considered other options (listing the property or keeping it and updating it), but decided that selling quickly and getting the cash was a better option for them.

They did not want to go through the process of finding the right contractor to do the work, picking out and paying for the materials, managing the contractors, etc. Then once the house would be ready, they would have needed to search for and hire the right realtor and list the property and wait for the right buyer to come along.

Plus, they would have had to pay the realtor commissions.

So, ultimately, after receiving my information from a mutual friend, they reached out to me.

During my initial visit, we discussed all their options, listing, cash offer, and multiple terms offers. A few days later, we talked again and came to an agreement. Because their mom just recently passed, they had to probate the will.

Another item on their “to do list” was to get the property cleared out. I put them in contact with my movers, and that item was crossed off the list. They came and cleared the house out and moved their belongings.

We closed the following day.

After closing, I followed up with them to make sure that everything went well for them according to their standards. This was the response I got:

“It all turned out great. Thanks so much and put a wonderful family in momma’s house. Send me after pics please”
